Your wallet and paying for orders

The wallet

Your account has a prepaid wallet in US dollars. Money you add stays there until you spend it, and every top-up, payment and refund is listed under My wallet (with a downloadable statement).

Paying at checkout

At checkout you can pay from your wallet or with a payment method shown on the page. The methods you see depend on what we have switched on; they can include crypto (USDT), M-Pesa, card payments and others. Each method shows its own instructions.

• Payments made through a hosted page (card or M-Pesa) confirm automatically, usually within seconds.
• Manual payment methods (you send money and give us the reference) are confirmed by our team after we check it.

Receipts

Every order has a downloadable PDF receipt on its order page.

Refunds

Refunds always go back to your wallet, not to the original payment method. See the Refund Policy.
