How ordering works

1. Choose and pay

Add one or more services, files or tools to your cart and check out. You'll need an account (it takes a minute and needs a verified email). You can pay from your wallet balance or with any payment method shown at checkout.

2. We process it

Every order shows a status:

• Waiting Action — paid and in our queue.
• In Process — being worked on (for example, submitted to the unlock provider).
• Completed — done. Your result (an unlock code, a download link, or credentials) is on the order page.
• Rejected / Cancelled — it couldn't be delivered. The full amount is returned to your wallet automatically.

3. Get your result

Open My orders in your account menu and click the order. We also email you when an order completes or is refunded.

Delivery times are shown on each service. If an order takes longer than expected, open a support ticket with the order number.
